El Sol donated wheelchairs to the Instituto Oncológico Nacional
Volunteers from Corporación El Sol went to the Instituto Oncológico Nacional on August 29 as part of the #ElSolenAcción Social Responsibility Program. This institution focuses on treating cancer patients with medical, social, and family care. Employees from Corporación El Sol contributed by providing breakfast and donating wheelchairs to use for the patients that visit the center.
“Cancer is a disease that has affected and continues to affect many families around the world, and it is critical that we work together to support this population as well as the organizations that seek ways to prevent and inspire less fear and more hope.” Corporación El Sol’s Country Manager, Concepción de Grimaldo, agreed.
“Through these initiatives, we are making a difference for a brighter future.” “We are pleased with what we have accomplished”, said Ms. De Grimaldo.
